This software can extract the soundtrack of a video file in MP3 format (only). The software supports the following input formats: flv, avi, mpeg, mpg, mpe, mp4, m4v, wmv, asf, mov, qt, 3gp2, 3gpp, 3gp, 3g2. The extraction is possible 96kb, 128kb, 192kb and 256kbs.
Advantage
It is a freeware and is compatible with Windows XP.

Disadvantage
Extraction in VBR is not possible.
You need a minimum of requirement on your system.
