Samsung featuring the Maldives Inverter

Bhd., a global pioneer in enriching lives and enhancing lifestyles through innovating consumer technology, today unveiled two new air conditioners packed with savings and efficiency. The ‘Maldives Inverter’ and the ‘Boracay Standard’ series both blend beautiful smart designs with advanced and sophisticated air cooling technology that can provide double energy saving and double health care protection.
Both the Maldives Inverter and the Boracay Standard series feature Samsung’s ‘Smart’ energy saving technology that can reduce energy usage. The Maldives Series’ Smart Inverter allows energy saving of up to 60% by maintaining the ideal temperature without constantly starting and stopping the compressor, while the Boracay Standard, can reduce energy consumption by up to 31% just by selecting the energy preset button on the remote control. In addition, both the Samsung Maldives Inverter and the Boracay Standard series delivers up to 90% energy consumption saving during standby power mode, all thanks to the improved control board.
